Parada del Berrueco

Our accommodation is located within the Community of Madrid, where you will be able to get to know in depth the area of ​​El Berrueco in which we are.

It is a home within a fully equipped property, both in the outdoor areas it offers and in the interior facilities it has.

In terms of capacity, it is a home designed for a maximum of 14 people who will find several floors inside with the following rooms:

• A spacious living-dining room, elegant as well as rustic and equipped with a resting area that has a large upholstered sofa that faces the front where we have the wood-burning fireplace integrated into the stone front. Next door, we have a plasma television that can also be seen from the dining area, which is equipped with a large table and several chairs.

• A complete kitchen, equipped so that we have a very large countertop with dark-colored wooden cabinets where the different elements of the kitchenware and also the appliances with which you will be able to cook as at home are distributed.

• 5 large bedrooms, equipped so that 3 of them have a large double bed, the fourth and fifth are quadruple bedrooms equipped so that in each of them, we have a pair of bunk beds with single beds, provided with sheets and blankets.

• 3 fully equipped bathrooms, in which you will find all kinds of sanitary and one of them is also integrated into one of the bedrooms. We leave you several sets of towels.    

Already on the exterior, we have:
 

• A large rear terrace, equipped with table and chairs.

• A very large garden in which the built-in barbecue space is located in front of the pool, which is completely fenced.

Our accommodation is within the El Berrueco area, a much charming population that you can know within the Community of Madrid.

It is a quiet and great charm space, in which you will be able to enjoy a very complete rural tourism experience since it has a wide range of activities and services.

Among the natural areas, we encourage you to do some of the best hiking and mountain routes to know in depth every corner of the Sierra de Madrid.
