Our accommodation is located within the Community of Madrid, where you will be able to get to know in depth the area of El Berrueco in which we are.
It is a house within a farm fully equipped both in the outdoor areas it offers, and in the indoor facilities it has.

In terms of capacity, it is a house designed for a maximum of 14 people who will find inside several floors with the following rooms :
- A spacious living-dining room, elegant as well as rustic and equipped with a rest area that has a large upholstered sofa that faces the front in which we have the wood-burning fireplace integrated into the stone front. Next door, we have a plasma television that can also be seen from the dining area, which is equipped with a large table and several chairs.
- A complete kitchen, equipped in such a way that we have a very large worktop with dark-colored wooden cabinets where the different elements of the kitchenware are distributed, and also the electrical appliances with which you will be able to cook like at home.
- 5 spacious bedrooms, equipped in such a way that 3 of them have a large double bed , the fourth and fifth are quadruple bedrooms equipped in such a way that in each of them, we have a pair of bunk beds with single beds, provided with sheets and blankets.
- 3 fully equipped bathrooms, in which you will find all kinds of toilets and one of them, also, integrated into one of the bedrooms. We leave you several sets of towels.
Already in the outer , we have:
- A large rear terrace , equipped with table and chairs.
- A huge garden in which the barbecue space is located in front of the swimming pool, which is completely fenced.
