Our accommodation is within the Community of Madrid, and specifically in the Villarejo de Salvanés area, a corner located in the southern part to rest.

It is a 2 -storey house completely private in which you will find perfect interior spaces to rest, while outside, you can spend it big with yours.
As for the capacity, it is a home thought for 12 people, although there are several supplementary that extend the capacity to the maximum of 18 people, that they will find inside:

• A wide room with lined walls and wooden furniture, in which we have a set of armchairs next to the windows that are oriented towards the main area in which we have the Plasma television. This space communicates with the dining room environment, equipped with a wide wooden table with access in addition, to the exterior areas.

• A wide kitchen in black and white, in which we have a coat L and in black -shaped, with several cabinets in white where we have the set of the elements of the utensil, and also the different appliances with which to cook as at home. In parallel to the countertop we have a bar with chairs so you can for example, breakfast.

• 6 double bedrooms, equipped 5 of them with a wide marriage supplementary.

• 2 bathrooms complete, in which you will find a shower and a bathtub in each of them. In addition there is a functional functional for which we will leave you several towels.

Already in the exterior, we have:

• A wide terrace on the upper floor that has table and chairs and spectacular views.

• A porch equipped with a wide table to enjoy outdoors, and in a space with barbecue of work, wood oven and kitchen jacket to cook abroad.

• A great extension of land with green areas and different trees, as well as a Chill out space.

• A spectacular pool in which you will be able to refresh you, recreational zone to have a great time and a functional cleaning abroad.

Our accommodation is within the Villarejo de Salvanés area, an ideal population to enjoy rural tourism in the Community of Madrid.

This accommodation is in an ideal zone for you to do a lot of activities and so that you know both green areas and the heritage that reigns in the surroundings.

Among the natural areas, you can take advantage of the land to make one of the best hiking and mountain routes with which you will find vegetation and places with spectacular views.
