Our accommodation is located within the Community of Madrid, and specifically in the area of Villarejo de Salvanés,, a corner located in the southern part where you can rest.
It is a completely private 2-story house where you will find interior spaces perfect for resting, while outdoors, you can have a great time with your loved ones.
In terms of capacity, it is a home designed for 12 people, although there are several extra that expand the capacity to a maximum of 18 people, that you will find inside:

In terms of capacity, it is a home designed for 12 people, although there are several extra that expand the capacity to a maximum of 18 people, that you will find inside:
- A spacious living room with lined walls and wooden furniture, in which we have a set of armchairs next to the large windows that face the main area where we have the plasma television. This space communicates with the dining room, equipped with a large wooden table with access in addition, to the outdoor areas.
- A large kitchen in black and white, in which we have a L-shaped main countertop in black, with several white cabinets where we have all the elements of the kitchenware, and also the different electrical appliances with which to cook like at home. Parallel to the counter we have a bar with chairs so that you can, for example, have breakfast.
- 6 spacious double bedrooms, equipped 5 of them with a large double bed and space for an additional extra bed, while in the last case we have a pair of single beds with the possibility of integrating 21 extra beds.
- 2 complete bathrooms, in which you will find a shower and a bathtub in each of them. There is also a functional toilet for which we will leave you several sets of towels.
Already in the outer, we have:
- A large terrace on the upper floor that has a table and chairs and spectacular views.
- A equipped porch with a large table to enjoy the outdoors, and in a space with built-in barbecue, wood-burning oven and camper stove for cooking outside.
- A large extension of land with green areas and different trees, as well as a chill out space.
- A spectacular pool where you can cool off, recreational area to have a great time and a functional toilet outside.
