Our accommodation is located within the Community of Madrid, and specifically in one of the most charming towns such as Cercedilla.
It is about a private home in which you will be able to enjoy all the comforts, and where you will find both spaces of tranquility and leisure.

Regarding the capacity of the accommodation, it is a house designed for a maximum of 8 people who will find inside the following rooms:
- A spacious very modern living-dining room, in turn connected to the kitchen. It has been equipped with a rest area that has its set of upholstered armchairs that face the front in which we have the plasma television on the fireplace integrated into the wall. Behind the sofa we find a dining table with its set of chairs.
- The kitchen is spacious and has a main worktop in addition to an island where the different elements of the kitchenware and also the appliances are distributed with which to cook like at home. On the island we have several stools so that, for example, you can have breakfast.
- 4 spacious bedrooms, equipped in such a way that half of them have a large double bed, while in the other 2 sleeping spaces we have a pair of single beds in each space. All rooms have bedding and functional furniture.
- 2 complete bathrooms, in which you will find a shower in each of them, and where you will find a screen for which we leave several sets of towels.
Already in the outer , we have:
- 2 large patios,, one of which has a functional furniture and the other, with a wooden gazebo, has a barbecue .
- In the house we have large gardens completely private through which you will be able to walk quietly.
- A pool for community use in the urbanization where we are, but a few meters from the house.
- Parking area inside of the house for 2 vehicles.
