- A bedroom with a double bed. This room has a private bathroom. It is a cool room with a white painted window and walls. The bed is in front of the toilet door. It has heating y air conditioning.
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. They are rooms with ventilation and views of the urbanization, in which there is some wooden furniture, such as a wardrobe, or the bedside table that usually separates the beds. It is a cool and calm environment to sleep.
- 2 bathrooms. One of them is private, and the other is shared. In any case, both are fully equipped with a bathtub and screen, and the walls are lined with white tiles. The sink stands on a black granite base. There is also a toilet.
- Living-dining room. It is a wide and open space that communicates with the kitchen and the garden porch. Inside there are two comfortable green sofas in front of a flat screen television. Near the entrance to the kitchen there is a dining table with 6 white chairs.
