- The four rooms are distributed along the first floor, distributing in a main bedroom with double bed and dressing room included, along with another room with a marriage bed and two more with a couple of beds. The remaining stay has an individual bed. In addition, if necessary, a couple of extra beds can be attached to reach the maximum capacity.
- The house has three full bathrooms. Of these, one is located on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor, being one of them integrated into the main room.
