- The four bedrooms are spread throughout the first floor, comprising a master bedroom with a double bed and dressing room included, along with another room with a double bed and two more with a pair of beds. The remaining room has a single bed. In addition, if necessary, a couple of extra beds can be attached to reach the maximum capacity.
- The house has three full bathrooms. Of these, one is located on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor, one of them being integrated into the main room.
