In the quiet town of L´Espunyola, in Barcelona, this beautiful rural farmhouse awaits you.
With capacity for up to a maximum of 19 people, the accommodation is perfect for going as a group to enjoy a few days of disconnection. The house is the typical Catalan farmhouse, built in stone and in a completely isolated area, which gives a lot of tranquility to our guests. The house is built on a rock and offers views of the Pre-Pyrenees environment and its holm oak forests and fields.
Built in 1700, we are going to know in detail its current distribution:
- 8 bedrooms: 5 have a double bed and one of them is a triple with a single bed and the other 3 have single beds and bunk beds, one of them is a double, another is a triple and another is a quadruple. We are talking about rooms with a traditional design, wooden ceilings and stone walls.
- 2 Living Rooms: the place prepared for the most relaxed moments. A room with a large stone fireplace "llar de foc" and wooden benches and a second room with sofas and tables.
- Dining room: room under wooden beams and with a large, long table.
- Kitchen: where you will find all the kitchenware, dishes and the necessary appliances (2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, oven...).
- 3 bathrooms: with bathtubs and showers and 4 toilets.
And also, outside:
- Barbecue: under a large porch with a ping pong table.
- Pool: nice pool with natural stone but chlorinated water and with sun loungers.
