The house, built on 2 floors, is formed by the following rooms:

• A wide kitchen that is fully equipped with the latest generation appliances to facilitate the tenants day to day. It has an oven with stove to make delicious homemade dishes as well as a central table built on stone and in which guests can eat fast breakfasts or light dinners uploaded in the stools. In addition, in the cabinets and drawers distributed by this stay, the household items, the dishes and the cutlery are saved. 

• In a room adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table has 2 tronas in case there are young children in the house. This is of one of the most homely corners of the house and invites you to enjoy a meal with the family or a dinner with the usual friends. 

• The living room is one of the most welcoming spaces of the house and is composed of a wood stove for the cold stations of the year. In addition, there is a pair of sofas placed in the room and a flat television that becomes the perfect audiovisual alternative for the moments of relaxation. This rural house is located on the outskirts of the municipality of Mieres, a town located in the Garrotxa region, near the Costa Brava, in the province of Girona. 

With respect to the main places of interest of Mieres, the Church of San Pedro, in Baroque style, the church of Santa María de Freixa and, finally, Church of Ruïtlles.
