This house divided into 3 apartments raises its walls inside the province of Girona, more specifically on the outskirts of the municipality of Olot, one of the towns that has one of the most privileged natural environments in the area due to the presence of the Garrocha Volcanic Zone Natural Park.

Each of the apartments has the possibility of accommodating a maximum of 4 people inside, so the house has a total capacity of 12 people. It is the perfect accommodation to go with your family or with a couple of friends who want to spend some unforgettable days. 

Each of the apartments is made up of the following rooms:

• A large kitchen that offers complete equipment which includes the state-of-the-art appliances. It also has a countertop in which the glass-ceramic hob is made. Household items, crockery and cutlery are included. 

• A few steps from the kitchen is the dining room table, an ideal place to celebrate a family meal or a meeting with friends. 

• The living room is one of the most welcoming rooms in the apartments and that is due to the decoration used, which generates a very homely atmosphere. It consists of a double sofa bed located in front of the television and the fireplace. 

• A double bedroom that has either a double bed or 2 beds for individual use, so that they adapt to the preferences of the tenants. These are comfortable beds designed to guarantee full rest for guests. 

• A complete bathroom that makes available to tenants different body care products as well as towel sets. 

Outside the complex there is a large well-kept garden that has a swimming pool, which becomes the perfect entertainment for the hot seasons of the year.
