luxury Villa with capacity for 4 tenants, in an exclusive residential environment south of the island of Gran Canaria.

Outside the farm we can enjoy the outdoors both in the space dedicated to the solarium and in its heated pool, all surrounded by a small artificial garden. In addition to the sun loungers, among the outdoor furniture there is a table and chairs that can serve 6 diners, under a retractable awning, composing an ideal cenor.
This accommodation puts the following spaces and accessory elements available to your guests:
- 2 double bedrooms one of them with marriage bed and the other with two individual beds. Both bedrooms have exterior projection with what are well illuminated naturally and have good ventilation.
- The room that would give access to the outer cenor, is a double height space, flooded by the natural light that enters through the huge windows that range from the ground to the roof, it is here where we find a huge and very comfortable chaise-longe where to rest from our long sessions in the golf field.
- The kitchen designed in clean lines, dances in its materials between woods and chrome metals, is totally equipped
- The 2 full bathrooms including Bidet and shower cabin open format, but one of them has a great bathtub to the elderly.
