This charming rural house belongs to the Catalan complex of Mas Pratsevall, a farmhouse located in a unique rural environment and surrounded by forests and landscapes that invite the guest to rest and disconnect from routine. In its origins, this house was a barn but after a deep remodeling it has become an ideal accommodation to accommodate 5 people.
The house maintains its original structure of stone and wood, something that can be seen both inside and outside. At its entrance, the house has a spacious and cozy living-dining room in which there is a wooden table, a bench and chairs with a total capacity for 6 people.
Next we find a rest area , which has 2 sofas, a small coffee table, a large fireplace of wrought iron that provides warmth to the room during the cold winter days and a window from the that you can glimpse the surrounding landscapes.
The accommodation houses 3 rooms, one of them double with a double bed, another with 2 single beds and the last one single with a small bed. All of them follow a classic style and have wardrobes, bedside tables, bedding and windows that bring light to the bedrooms.
It has a fully equipped kitchen y renovated with rustic wooden furniture and completely new appliances, such as ceramic hob, microwave and refrigerator. The house consists of a single full bathroom with a shower screen.
On the ground floor of the farmhouse there is a large common area for conventions that is rented separately of the house and where you can enjoy a meal thanks to its large dining table or a meeting thanks to its wide space.
One of the things that makes this house more attractive is its large landscaped plot that surrounds it. In it we find a great variety of fauna and flora, ideal to feel in the middle of nature. There is a playground with a sandbox for the little ones, a stone picnic area to enjoy a meal in the open air and a barbecue to enjoy a great barbecue with the family.
In addition, you can travel with your pet, since we admit an animal, for which you have to pay 5 euros.
