La Requisa

Our accommodation is located within the province of Girona, where you will be able to quietly discover the magic that Pontós has.

It is aaccommodation full of charm in which you will be able to enjoy complete spaces inside, as well as outdoor areas that will guarantee all the leisure you need.

It is divided into several floors and its capacity is for 15 people, who will have the following spaces at their disposal, all of them full of charm and originality.

The ground floor has:

• A spacious living room with armchairs on one side, which receive all the heat from the wood-burning fireplace on one side; Furthermore, on one side there is a small kitchen area with a refrigerator.
• A triple bedroom, which is completely adapted to people with mobility problems.
• A complete bathroom in which you will find ashower and several sets of towels.
• A leisure room to have a great time, where you will have billiards.

The next floor has:

• 2 bedrooms of which one of them is double, while the next is triple. Both have a private bathroom with all the comforts.
• A spacious kitchen-dining room, where you will have all the appliances and kitchenware that you may need to cook what you are going to eat later on the table next to it.
• A living area with television next to the previous room.
• A large terrace, where the barbecue is located, and from which there is access to the pool area.

In the outer areas, as we say, there are:

• Alarge garden space in which the pool is located.
• A barbecue area.

Our accommodation is located within the quiet area of Pontós, which is a quiet town where you will be able to enjoy one of the best views of the Pontós area.

It is a quiet space where you will be able to enjoy spectacular views since the natural areas are very close to the house itself.

Among the natural spaces, you will have the possibility of doing some active tourism in the area, and in this way getting to know each of the corners into which the area is divided much more in depth.

Among the points that you will be able to see in the urban area, we highlight:

• The parish church.
• The square in the center.
