Description of Ermita de Santa Llúcia
This accommodation is located in the Alt Empordà region, in the center of Tonyà, municipality of Garrigàs, province of Girona. The house was built in 1648 although some of its parts are from the 12th century, such as the bell tower.
It is a historical accommodation, which is fully rented and has 6 rooms and capacity for 15 people. The layout on 2 floors is as follows.
On the ground floor:
- The kitchen-dining room under a beautiful Catalan volta The countertop decorated with typical Catalan tiles and wooden cabinets with all the necessary kitchenware and appliances shares space with a large table with its set of chairs in front of the wood-burning fireplace.
- A bright living room with direct access to the outside. It has a relaxation area, with a set of armchairs, a television, a table with its set of chairs, a small library and board games.
- A double bedroom,with a beautiful restored antique double bed, and a private bathroom, with shower, towels, hairdryer and hand soap.
- Acourtesy toiletequipped with toilet paper, towels and hand soap. There is a washing machine for clothes, detergent, iron and ironing table.
- Room for cleaning equipment: broom, buckets, dustpan...
On the upper floor:
- 5 bedrooms, all of them perfectly equipped. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, another with a double bed and two single beds and the bell tower bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, which gets its name from having the old Romanesque bell tower of the hermitage inside.
- Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, towel sets, hair dryer and hand soap
Outside:
- A large garden space on a large plot of 2500 m2.
- A space for relaxation and leisure, measuring 80 m2, covered in wood and equipped with furniture and a ping-pong table.
- A children's leisure area.
- Area with built-in barbecue.
- A porch at the entrance, facing the garden area, which has tables and chairs next to the built-in barbecue.
