La Posada de Fresnedilla

Our accommodation is located in the town of Fresnedilla, a small and quiet municipality in the province of Ávila.

It is a complex located on a plot of 1,500 square meters in which the entire rental home is located, which is distributed in 3 houses, one with common rooms and the other 2 with bedrooms.

An important event? Well, our house is perfect, because you will not only be able to rest in the 21 rooms that we have, but also celebrate meals with a large group of people in the large-capacity dining room.

The maximum capacity is 63 people, who will enjoy the following stays:

In the first construction you have:

• An open space of approximately 100 meters in which we have created 2 spaces:

• In the center the dining room with several tables, to be able to adapt it depending on the number of guests staying up to 63 people and a plasma television hanging on the wall.

• 2 corners with a living room, one on each side of the room. In each space a set of 4 sofas and in one of them a fireplace.

• A dining room with long tables.

• Open to this space is agames room with a foosball table and darts.

• A fully equipped industrial kitchen so you can cook everything you imagine. With large countertops with free space and equipped with refrigerators, microwaves and, of course, the kitchenware and kitchen utensils. In the center an island with the stove and the oven. In addition, we will leave the tableware so you can set up the dining tables.

• A triple room with 3 single beds.

In the second construction:

• 4 rooms. In them you will rest in a double bed and a single bed. 

In the third construction the rest of the rooms.

• In total16 triple rooms. They are organized into double and single beds.

In each of the buildings you have several bathrooms, in total 20, which are equipped with a toilet, sink and bathtub or shower, depending on the bathroom.

And on the outside:

• An extensive garden.

• A swimming pool.

• A barbecue located in a large space where you can place dining tables and enjoy eating outdoors.

We are in Fresnedilla, a municipality of Ávila. The surroundings of the town are completely natural, surrounded by places of great beauty such as the Sierra de Gredos and the Tietar Valley.

The house is within the urban area of Fresnedilla, so it is a good option to wander through its streets and discover every last corner before finishing the visit.

You can walk among the oak fields that surround the town.

On the other hand, Ávila is far away, approximately 1 hour away, but if you stay for several days, you cannot miss the opportunity to get closer to the city and visit its extensive cultural heritage, such as its famous wall.
