• 2 complete bathrooms, one of them located next to the living room area, while in the second space, we have a hot tub in which you can relax among the bubbles. We will leave you several sets of towels.

Already on the exterior, we have:

• A large rear garden where the barbecue is located, in front of a covered porch with furniture that forms the pleasant chillout.

• In the garden area, we have a couple of hammocks next to the pool (open from June to September), where you will be able to cool off quietly and disconnect with the best views of the landscape.

This accommodation is located within the province of Ávila, where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility that exists within the area of Amavida.

It is a house that dates back to 1900, with charm, located in an environment full of nature that surrounds the entire house, and within a town where you can savor the best rural tourism experience.

As for the capacity of the house, it is for a maximum of 4 people, who will be able to enjoy the following rooms that we detail:

• A pleasant living room space that connects with the dining room, where we have a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed and where you can rest peacefully. In addition, we have next to it thewooden dining table, with chairs and located next to a pellet stove.

• Afull kitchen next to the living room area is the ideal place so you can make all the recipes you want. In addition, we have an elongated countertop with several cabinets in which you can find different household items and also household appliances.

• 2 spacious double bedrooms, equipped so that the first of them has a large double bed, with a decorative fireplace next to it and, in the second space, we have a pair of single beds that overlap in trundle bed mode. From this bedroom you can access the rear exterior part of the house.
