Our accommodation is located within the province of Toledo, where you will be able to enjoy the best views and tranquility in the town of El Real de San Vicente, which is also located both close to Madrid and the center of Toledo.

It is a spacious and pleasant home, designed for large groups who will have all types of rooms at their disposal to feel at home.

Inside it can accommodate up to a maximum of 27 people, plus 10 extra beds and within a large estate of around 1000 square meters with impressive views.

It is distributed as follows:

• 14 bedrooms that are divided between the first and second floors. Of all of them, 6 that are on the upper floor have an en-suite bathroom, while the 2 on the top floor share a bathroom. On the ground floor there are 5 rooms with different capacities, from 2 to 5 people but without a bathroom.

• A total of 12 bathrooms, of which 6 of them are located, as we have said, inside the bedrooms on the upper floor. The rest are for common use and are perfectly equipped.

• 2 functional toilets on the ground floor.

• A spectacular dining room on the ground floor where everyone enters, and where the armchairs and the large dining area are located, along with a bar-type counter space with stools. It also has several games such as foosball and ping-pong tableto have a great time all together.

• An industrial-type kitchen, with plenty of kitchenware for everyone, and with large and professional appliances, so that you can cook even better than at home.

Already in the exterior areas, the home offers:

• A very large and covered porch, where you will be able to organize meals outdoors, as it has a barbecue and sink outside, as well as a bar next to the table area.

• A spectacular garden to enjoy the fresh air, and where you will have a great time, especially if you travel with children, since it has a swimming pool.

Once the house reservation has been made, arental contract is sent with the conditions and rules of the house.
 

Deposit: A deposit must be paid upon delivery of the keys, which will be returned by bank transfer 48 hours after departure, if the house has been left in similar conditions to how it was delivered.

We understand that your trip is to disconnect and enjoy but you must comply with civil behavior with neighbors throughout your stay.

Noisy parties and outdoor music equipment are prohibited, with the house reserving the right of admission or notification to the lodging control of the Civil Guard.

We have many green areas with which you will be able to enjoy active tourism and tranquility through all of the hiking routes.
