Description of Casa El Batán
Our accommodation is within the province of Toledo, in which you will be able to enjoy the best views and tranquility in the town of the Real of San Vicente, which is also both near Madrid and the center of Toledo.
It is a broad and pleasant housing, designed for large groups that will have all kinds of stays available to feel at home.
Inside they can stay up to a maximum of 27 people, plus 10 supplementary beds.

- 2 functional toilets on the ground floor.
- A spectacular dining room on the ground floor where you all enter, and where the armchairs and the large dining area are located, next to a bar type bar with stools. It also has several games such as the soccer and ping-pong table to spend it all together.
- A industrial type kitchen, with plenty
Already in the external areas, the house offers:
- A very wide and roofed porch, in which you will be able to organize outdoor meals, since it has barbecue and battery abroad, as well as a bar next to the table area.
- A spectacular garden to enjoy fresh air, and in which you are going to have a great time, especially if you travel with children, since it has pool.
bond: you have to pay a bail to the delivery of keys, which will be returned by bank transfer 48 hours after the exit, if the house has been in similar conditions as they were delivered.
We understand that your trip is to disconnect and enjoy but you have to fulfill civic behavior with neighbors throughout the room.
