Our accommodation is located within the province of Girona, where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility that reigns in the town of Montagut i Oix.
Starting from Sadernes, 6 km of forest track are covered.
It is a spacious house, among natural spaces that will make you disconnect in a quiet and pleasant environment where you will enjoy your vacation.
It is a typical house, within a farm, and prepared for groups it can accommodate up to 25 people.
- A large kitchen open to the dining room, well equipped with kitchenware for the entire group.
- A vaulted dining room where you will enjoy the evenings all together, and with stone walls. Under its ceilings, an long wooden table with its set of chairs.
- 3 common bathrooms in which you will find several rows of showers, and where the necessary set of toilets is located.
- 7 bedrooms of which 4 of them have a pair of single beds, the fifth has a total of 3 single beds, while the last 2 have 2 bunk beds, and 4 bunk beds and 4 single beds respectively.
Outside we have:
- Aroofed leisure room, made of stone and with various games.
- A very large garden area with a "pool" is a 16m2 pond suitable for bathing. The water comes directly from the source.
- Barbecue area with gazebo and wooden table.

***The electricity supply comes from solar panels. The introduction of foreign electrical devices into the house is not permitted (except mobile or laptop chargers).

Beautiful rural house in an unbeatable environment. Very well equipped and with everything you need to spend a total getaway weekend. The contact with Raco rural was very clear and professional.
But like everything, there are some not so good things:
- Personally, I had the feeling of receiving rules and “prohibitions” from many fronts (mail, posters, etc.). It may have its reason, but it is a bit overwhelming.
- The wifi is testimonial... it does not go beyond the living room. In our case it was not a problem because we spent a lot of time outside but, if you wanted to be on the 2-3rd floor answering a WhatsApp or consulting something, it was complicated
- The big problem is the access route. It is a point in favor of immersion in nature but, at some points along the way it is complicated (to put it mildly). Improving this mountain path would give it the definitive leap in quality.
