- The ground floor also accommodates two rooms with a double bed, one of them adapted for people with physical disabilities.
- The four remaining rooms are located on the upper floor, divided into three rooms with a double bed and a fourth bedroom with six single beds distributed in three bunk beds.
- Each room has its own integrated bathroom and, in the exterior , there is also an extra bathroom close to the pool area.

They offered us a change of house for reasons beyond our control and we were in Can Ginestera. Spectacular! We have been very good. Newly renovated house. It is evident that something to the outside needs to be finished such as the terrace, the garden area of the pool, there is no pool shower or we have missed a railing and a step to exit the pool for the elderly. But we have been great.
