Taking advantage of the structure of an old barn attached to the house, we have built this independent house located in the Can Pericot complex. The home which includes a patio with barbecue in a private area, and a swimming pool in the common areas of a complex located in Ulla, Girona.
It is a stone house that has 3 floors and an outdoor patio that has a barbecue and a well, where you can sit if you want to eat and get some air.
It is designed for couples with children or for groups of friends, since it could accommodate up to 8 people.
To begin with, there are 3 rooms in the house. One of them is located in the highest part of the house, so the ceilings in this room are attic. In it there are4 single beds. The other 2 bedrooms are doubles with a double bed. These last 2 rooms share a full bathroom.
