Description of La Higuera
It is a 1,000 meter estate square a very short distance from the cave of the brunette, that is part of one of the natural corners with the most charm of our country: the Ruidera lagoons.
In this scenario that invites us to rest, there is our accommodation, which has been equipped with all the comforts to enjoy it from 10 to the maximum of 12 people, that they will find:
- A wide office cuisine and perfectly equipped with an upter that has a U -shaped shape in which one of the ends acts as bar, while in the rest we have a set of appliances and household items with which to cook very comfortably in the day to day.
- A dining room
- The Hall is below, and has a small area with games for the little that contribute a lot of light. On one side we have the Plasma Television, also visible from the dining room. There is a double bed sofa.
- 4 broad bedrooms, distributed among the 2 that have a couple of individual beds; a third room with a bed of marriage and, in the last case, we find a marriage bed next to a litera with individual beds in a wooden structure. The bedrooms have a special decoration in each case, as well as furniture and cabinets.
- 2 Bathrooms broad in which to relax at the end of the day under water of the shower, and where we leave you some towels games.
In the exterior, we have:
- A porch equipped with table and chairs next to a space where the barbecue is located, so you can eat and cook outdoors.
- A Chill out space with sand, which has low armchairs, and that you will love.
- A children's leisure area with swing, elastic bed and a lot of toys. It is in a space with Arena.
- Impressive land with sand and green spaces, where we have numerous fruit trees.

From September 2020 to July 2021 we have been living in the house while we reformed it and made sure that he had all possible amenities for a pleasant stay or friends. We wanted to equip the house not only with comfortable corners for adults but also with special corners for the little ones to spend a fun time.
The house is in a very quiet urbanization, away from the busy town but at the same time, close enough if you need something of its numerous stores or if you decide
House focused on groups of friends, families and, especially those with children as well as for nature lovers. Located a few minutes from the lagoon and a few meters from the mountains where you can walk and enjoy the views and tranquility.
The house has been completely renovated in 2021 and has capacity for up to 12 people.
The house is in the heart of the Natural Park of Las Lagunas de Ruidera.
The area is ideal for active and adventure tourism activities such as submarine, canoes, hiking, surf paddle, bike routes, guided interpretation routes, observation sessions of the night sky (Starlight destination) and much more.
Sourroundings of La Higuera
It is an environment with nature everywhere, where you will be able to disconnect and enjoy one of the most beautiful corners there are: the Natural Park of the Ruidera Lagoons.
It is a short distance from this corner, so we recommend that you visit it and enjoy the view left by their water jumps, and take advantage of bathe in those lagoons that are conditioned for it.
