This 18th century farmhouse is located in Sant Martí de Maldà, a nucleus of the municipality of Sant Martí de Río Corb in the region of Urgel to the southwest of Lleida.
It is a restored stately home in which all the details have been taken care of, respecting the original materials as much as possible.

In terms of capacity, it is a home designed for a maximum of 20 people for full rental and with the following rooms:
- 6 fully equipped bedrooms, which are distributed so that 4 of them are triple (2 of them with balcony overlooking the patio and the other 2 have a terrace ) and the 2 remaining are quadruple S2. Of these last 2, one of them has 2 windows overlooking the main street while the other is in the patio. All of them have a large double bed, while the rest of the places are occupied in extra beds. In addition, each of them has plasma television and lock on the door, as well as plenty of bedding.
- Each bedroom has a private bathroom with hydromassage column (except one of them), one towel shower and one sink per person, shower gel, hand soap and hairdryer.
- A large dining room equipped with 2 tables with 10 seats each, which receive the heat from the wood-burning fireplace that provides that rustic and pleasant air.
- Fully equipped kitchen, equipped with 5 burners, oven (80 cm), dishwasher (industrial type), capsule coffee maker and microwave among other amenities, as well as kitchenware to spare.
- Large living room, equipped with a set of armchairs that face the front where we have the plasma television. In this space, we also have the wood stove. X

In the outdoor , we have a courtyard equipped as follows:
- A large saltwater pool, surrounded by a set of sunbeds.
- Porch with tables and fan, so you can enjoy comfortably.

To consider:
- The Tourist Tax is not included in the price, which is payable from 16 years of age per night.
- is prohibited from holding any type of parties, celebrations and farewells. The use of sound systems such as amplifiers or microphones is also not permitted.
- It is not allowed to carry out activities that could cause damage both inside and outside the home.
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the home. It is allowed on the patio.
- If you come with pets, we recommend and appreciate staying in the patio room or in La Fragancia if possible.
- When we receive a reservation, we contact you to send you a guide to our house so you can learn as much as possible about the details and operation of it. Even so, we are always available to resolve any questions or incidents. We live very close to the accommodation so if necessary we can be there in a few minutes.
