Description of Ca La Pascola
The rural house dates back to 1910, but has been renovated between 2005 and 2007 respecting the stone walls. It is located in Guimerá, a medieval village. It has the capacity to accommodate between 9 and 10 people, and its rental is complete.
The rooms of the rural house are divided into 2 floors and an outdoor patio.
On the ground floor we find, first of all, the entrance, where there is a cube in which wine was made and a water well. Both have been respected during the renovation of the house.
Next we have a living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and a huge table that can fit 10 people. There is also a television and board games.
The kitchen is fully furnished and has appliances such as: microwave, four burners, oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher; small appliance such as: Nespresso coffee machine with Dolce Gusto capsules, blender. It is also equipped with cooking utensils and we leave bars of soap to use in the dishwasher.
On the first floor there are the 4 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have three beds, another is a single room to which a crib can be added; and a double room in which another crib can also be included.
The 4 rooms are exterior and have television and radiators. We leave bedding for all of them.
Also on this floor we have the 2 bathrooms. Both are complete and have a dryer but one has a shower and the other has a bathtub.
From this first floor you can access the outdoor patio where we have the wood-burning barbecue and a table to eat, on days when the weather is good, covered with a huge umbrella.
