Finca el Relax

Our accommodation is located within the Community of Madrid, where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility in the town of Colmenar de Oreja.
It is a very large property, with 12,000 square meters where you will be able to enjoy nature outdoors and leisure, as well as rest indoors.

Inside, the house has spacious and bright rooms for a maximum of 10 people, who will find the following spaces:

• A spacious living room, in which on one side we have a set of armchairs and relaxing chairs facing the front where the plasma television and the imposing wood-burning fireplace are located, while next to it, we have a dining area equipped with a wooden table and chairs.

• The kitchen is very bright and quite spacious, with a window in the back that illuminates the countertop area, with a set of cabinets where you will find the kitchen items and the appliances to cook at home, and also the auxiliary dining areawith table and chairs in wood.

• 4 large bedrooms, in which you will find a large double bed in 3 of them, while in the remaining room, we have a pair of single beds. In addition, there are 2 sofa beds with which we would complete the maximum capacity of this beautiful accommodation.

• 3 spacious bathrooms, of which 2 are interiorand one is exterior, with a set of toilets for which we will leave you several sets of towels.

Already on the exterior, we have:

• A summer kitchen, country style, in which you will find a countertop and appliances, as well as a central table that allows you to eat outside under cover.

• A large porch, where you will find functional furniture along with a barbecue where you can cook outdoors

• A grass area of 300 square meters, fruit trees and a spectacular swimming pool in which to enjoy a swim in summer and winter. We keep our pool open all year round for those intrepid practitioners of cold water therapy.
