- 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with a bed of marriage, another with 2 single beds y the room with a single bed. In addition, the house allows to add up to 2 extra beds opening the sofa bed.
- 3 bathrooms complete, one of them located on the ground floor and the other 2 integrated into 2 of the rooms, on the first floor.
- A living room located on the ground floor in which to relax watching the television front of the fireplace or playing board games when the dining room table is not used.
- A kitchen fully equipped with everything you need so that guests can easily perform all domestic chores.
- A reading area located in the attic to immerse yourself with new stories and listen to music.
- A spacious room built in 2 heights and located in the attic in which to meet friends, watch movies or play with a console.

Arandilla del Arroyo is a small municipality of 20 inhabitants located in the province of Cuenca. A short distance away is the city of Cuenca, declared a World Heritage City by UNESCO in 1996. In this city it is a delight to stroll through the old town, from where you can see the gorges of the river Júcar, full of Renaissance and Baroque buildings .
Near the capital of the province is the Ciudad Encantada, a natural place formed mainly by limestone that due to erosion has original forms. Lathes, bridges and figures that remind animals and objects adorn this natural environment that is worth watching.
Not far from this area is the birth of Cuervo River, located in the Muela de San Felipe at 1490m altitude. It is a spring that springs from the mountain and slides down the eroded rock forming impressive trails. In winter these frills freeze giving rise to a beautiful natural spectacle.
