Peculiar rural house that is in the municipality of Higueruela, pertaining to the province of Albacete, within the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha. It is an ideal place to go as a couple and enjoy a few days of tranquility and privacy in an exotic and different environment without leaving the country.
To get that original essence, the house was rehabilitated for 10 years. is built on 2 floors and has a total capacity of 6 people. It is a unique building due to its architectural features, highlighting its mezzanines, the light that sneaks through the glass, its spiral staircase or its finishes.

- The kitchen, fully equipped and characterized by the amount of elements it contains and that make it one of the most colorful and characteristic spaces of the house. With a rustic style based on wood and stone, its shelves, drawers and small wicker baskets store all the necessary crockery as well as utensils to cook wonderful dishes in your fire kitchen. In the center of it is a table with several chairs, perfect place to enjoy a dinner in good company without having to move from the room.
- Un spacious room with 2 comfortable sofas arranged next to a table and in the same space as the kitchen. Thus, tenants can relax while preparing food.
- The typical product of the area is the wine, so it would be impossible to conceive this house without a winery so that guests can take a good wine and taste it. In addition, this space is also used as pantry.
