La Cabanya del Permanyer

The rural accommodation La Cabanya del Permanyer is located in the municipality of Sant Bartolomeu del Grau, which belongs to the province of Barcelona.

This house has been built on a couple of floors that hides its natural stone façade, around which large green areas extend outside.

It is a house that allows, due to capacity and furniture, a maximum of 10 people who will be able to enjoy very cozy areas inside, being a perfect option for group getaways.

Inside the rooms are divided into:

• A kitchen-dining room very well equipped and bright since, on its wall, there are several windows and on one of the sides, a glass door to access the outdoor areas so that natural light passes abundantly throughout the space. On the L-shaped countertop, the different newly incorporated appliances are distributed and, inside the cabinets, the kitchen utensils and kitchenware are distributed. Next, the wooden table for eating.

• A living room in which there are several two-seater sofas and a pair of armchairs that surround the wooden side table, all this complete set heading towards the salmon-colored wood-burning fireplace that will be responsible for providing heat in the coldest season of the year, creating a pleasant climate, perfect for being distracted by the television that is located right next to it.

• 2 complete bathrooms in which the complete set of toilets is distributed among which are the showers, one in each of them. In these spaces you will find the hygiene products necessary for everyday life as well as the towel sets.

• 5 double bedrooms that are divided into three, with a double bed in each of them and the two remaining ones, with two single beds inside. The nightstands are present in each of these rooms as well as the closets where the spare bedding is located. All of them have windows in their walls, so that they are perfectly illuminated and visibility is perfect.

Outside, the house has a complete porch where the barbecue is located, right next to the wooden table, in a round format, which is accompanied by several chairs. The municipality of Sant Bartolomé del Grau, within the province of Barcelona, is the area in which our rural house is located.

In its surroundings our tourists will be able to discover a large number of areas in which the multitude of religious buildings stands out.

One of the most characteristic of the area is theChurch of San Bartolomé, which is the parish church and is located in the center of the municipality, built in stone, in a baroque style, from approximately four centuries ago.

Another of these characteristic religious points is the Eglesia Vella, which is a ruined church, also built in stone that marked the limits of the town.
