Description of L' Esquirol
This is a broad gerundense farmhouse in the Vall d'en Bas and from where you can enjoy landscapes without equal in a unique and peaceful setting. It is ideal to host a group of 12 people.
In the middle of a large area of land, this country house has a beautiful entrance under a small porch. It consists of a bright and spacious entrance from which you can access a large living room-dining room . This large room is equipped with windows that provide the house with lots of light. In the center of the room is a cast iron fireplace that gives heat to the entire room. On one of the sides there are 2 brown leather sofas in front of a TV.
In the middle, behind la fireplace, there is a round table with 4 silla s, and on the other side the dining table is set with seating for 8 people . This part of the living room connected by a breakfast bar con the kitchen, which is fully equipped with rustic wooden furniture and new appliances such as lavavajillas, un oven, microwave, refrigerator and 2 batteries.
On this ground floor there are 2 of the 5 rooms that make up the accommodation. In first instance, the double bedroom and in the second one, a quadruple room with 4 small beds (with options to include another extra). This part of the house also consists of one of the 3 bathrooms of the house, consisting of a sink and a bathtub.
At the bottom there is a garage dotado a con games room table tennis, darts, etc. It has a small sink with shower, a laundry and barbecue.
The upstairs dispone parquet floors and sloping ceilings and features a large open space with different games, fun ideal for the little ones. here are the other rooms, a double with 2 single beds, one double with 2 other beds featuring en suite shower and a single room. There is also a meditation room in which an extra bed can be incorporated.
The house has a vast land which includes a large garden with porch. From the outside of the house you can enjoy magnificent views.
