Regarding the capacity of this house, it is ideal for groups, since it has space for a maximum of 14 people, that will have the following rooms inside:
- A spacious and bright living room with large windows and views of the outdoor areas. We have a set of upholstered armchairs in gray, which are U-shaped and in front of which we have a wood-burning fireplace that will bring warmth to the room. In addition, we have a cabinet with the plasma television.
- A fairly large dining room, in which we have a robust wooden table in which there is space for everyone, which is surrounded by its set of chairs, and which has large windows with views of the exteriors.
- A spacious American kitchen, which has a modern worktop in which the set of electrical appliances and utensils are distributed with which to cook like at home, and in parallel, we have a wooden bar that provides functionality to stay.
- 6 spacious bedrooms, of which 4 of them are doubles, distributed in such a way that 2 of them have a large double bed , while the remaining 2 rooms have a pair of single beds . The 2 remaining rooms each have 3 single beds.
- 5 spacious bathrooms, where you will be able to find the entire set of toilets and several sets of towels so you don't have to take care of anything.
- An entertainment room where you will find the billiards.

- A porch on the ground floor, that has a table and chairs, creating a perfect corner to rest.
- A landscaped space in which the barbecue is located for outdoor cooking. From June 10 to September 15, the barbecue cannot be used due to fire danger as it is in a natural park.
- 2 pools that are distributed in such a way that one of them is outdoor, and the other is indoor and is heated.

The accommodation has been renovated since February 2022, so everything is new. It has a large garden of 10,000m2 with a beautiful stream. Outdoor pool and indoor pool.

We are located in the Sant Llorenç de Munt Natural Park, specifically in the Vall d'Horta, where you can go on excursions, walks, climbs, cultural visits and wine tastings.

Renovated isolated house with a large fenced garden, ideal if you have a pet. Property within the Natural Park of Sant Llorenç del Munt i Obac. The garden and its outdoor facilities require attention but it is completely logical as it is a recently opened property.
Rooms somewhat small but well equipped. Maybe they would improve the pillows. Very correct bathrooms with shower. Large and very well equipped kitchen. Maybe you are missing some kitchen utensils. Rectifiable.
Spectacular heated indoor mini pool (it is not a jacuzzi) and a large outdoor pool for summer. Brilliant.
Good WIFI and satellite channels. The barbecue is not in very good condition but it works. The grill needs to be renewed. The rural house has a lot of potential and its owner, Montse, has quite a challenge. She can only get better with time and dedication. I wish you much success.
