Description of Guiniguada
Guiniguada is a Canarian rural house built in 1984 within the natural space of Santo Pino, specifically in an area called “Barranco de los Corralotes”. It is carried out following the Canarian tradition with views, wood and stone.
The house tells two plants and has the capacity for 5 people ( two double bedrooms and a sofa-cama ).
On the ground floor we find, as soon as you enter the plot, a large patio that has jacuzzi, barbecue, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. Through this courtyard, we have access to the first height of the house where the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with sofa-chama.
On the second floor we have a bedroom with marriage bed, a bedroom with two individual beds and a bathroom. And, if necessary, a crib can be added to one of the rooms. In this height of the house we also find a great terrace semi -covered where you can contemplate the views of the ravine of the corraltes.
Other services offered by the house are satellite television, music equipment, cradle availability, parking, weekly ironing and cleaning system, bicycles, centralized heating and welcome package.
