El Palmeral del Valle

The accommodation is a rural property located in the interior sector of Las Palmas. This house has capacity for 5 people, it also has a swimming pool, a large terrace and barbecue area, solarium and private parking.

The places available in this house are distributed in 2 double bedrooms, and 1 extra bed. One of the rooms has direct access to the terrace and outdoor area of the house. All rooms have heating. The bedroom area is completed with a full bathroom equipped with a shower tray. Both rooms have a double bed.

The rest of the house is organized between the large traditional-style kitchen with a dining table, fully equipped with appliances and dishes; and the living room with a rest area. In the living room, we find several sofas, as well as a television and music system.  The sofa in this room converts into a bed.

The biggest attraction of our house is its outdoor area: a large furnished terrace, with barbecue and a dining area with wooden furniture under a gazebo porch. In addition, in this garden area, a variety of plants typical of the island grow.

This house has independent access to an outdoor pool. The pool is shared with two other rural houses, but each of the houses has its own access and a private solarium. Likewise, in this area we find an outdoor shower.

Santa Lucía de la Tirajanais a Gran Canaria town located in the interior of the island.

This inland town has 2 different parts, the coastal area and the inland area. In Santa Lucía de la Tirajana you can visit different characteristic buildings and monuments, such as the Church of the same name, the Black Stone Castle or the old Fortress of Ansite.

In a strategic location, this house allows you to get to know the island of Gran Canaria, enjoying its landscape very rich in plant species characteristic of the island.
