This rural house in Girona is a farmhouse surrounded by large gardens and large outdoor spaces where you can enjoy and practice a little horse riding.

Horse riding? Yes, because it is an equestrian farm where they will teach you to love, know and care for these beautiful animals.

With them you can walk around the farm or enjoy a small picnic for when you stop to rest. 

But if you prefer to explore the estate on foot, you can walk through it and discover its wonderful corners, all full of charm and some of the most romantic.

Through its gardens you will find different tables distributed in case you want to escape and look for a little rest, with a book, look for one of these places and it will only be you and your story.

Along the property there is a small chicken coop – where there are also rabbits –, and also an outdoor pool. It is surrounded by a garden area as well as a solarium space with several hammocks so you can lie down to rest and get a little tan in the summer months. And if you are one of those who prefers shade, don't worry, because the trees themselves provide a bit of shade in some of their corners.

The pool plan is sure to please you after playing a very intense game with your teammates at foosballor a game of ping pong. You can find both in the living room – about 120 square meters – to which all tenants staying in the house have access. In it there are large windows through which intense natural light enters during the day, and where we find several areas with sofas.

Here there are also a couple of fireplaces, a bookstore with information about the area or several board games. This room is one of the most visited places in the winter, and tenants love to spend afternoons by the fire.

From various points of the farmhouse you can see the Pyrenees and the Bay of Roses in the background, as well as from one of the dining rooms or from the terrace.

Depending on the time of year, breakfasts, which are included in the price, or buffet dinners – which must be reserved in advance – are served in one of these spaces.

As for the dormitories, you can stay in either double, triple or quadruple rooms. All of them are quite spacious and are carefully decorated with dedication, combining a rustic style with a classical touch but without forgetting the current comforts that you may need. The bedrooms include allfull bathrooms, as well as sets of sheets and towels. If you come to spend a few days in the area of Empordà you will find a lot of charming towns with beautiful cobbled streets with buildings, also made of stone, and all with similar architecture that follows the style of the area.

In Vilaür, the town closest to the farmhouse, you can walk while visiting the town wall, or, if you go to Bàscara and Camallera – about 4 kilometers away – you will find all kinds of shops or restaurants. Don't you know what to order typical of the area? Well, in this area you can order some fuet as an appetizer, to complete the meal with an escudella de Pagès – a small stew – or some meat from the slaughter.

Continue your route with your stomach full visiting the volcanic area of Cadaqués, the medieval town of Baix Empordà or the Greco-Roman ruins of Ampurias.
