The house is located at Bescanó, Girona, and is a wonderful house built on a wooded hillside and next to land cultivated with local products. The masia was built in the twelfth century y is completely renovated to ensure the comfort and comfort we need to relax and have rest.

The house is completely walled and has 7 rooms fully equipped for a maximum of 17 people:

• 4 rooms with double bed.
• One with 2 single beds y private bathroom.
• A room with 2 single beds and a mezzanine with 2 other single beds and one extra bed.

All rooms have everything necessary to make our guests feel at home. They are spacious, bright and the decoration is rutal style but without neglecting the modern and avant-garde details.

The matrimonial rooms have a bed of 180x200 and the furniture has a built-in wooden wardrobe, bedside tables, table and comfortable chairs. From the rooms you have views towards the woods and nature that surrounds the house. The walls are pastel colors and the most common material is wood, whether it be on doors, dressers, window frames and so on.

The room with mezzanine has 5 beds: on the ground floor there are 3 single beds in a stone enclosure and formwork style. It is a very careful space but it has not lost a bit of its original style. In the attic are the 2 single beds, from there you can see the wooden roof with 2 waters that covers the house. It also has a large window with views of the surroundings.

All the beds come dressed and fully equipped, some room has a sofa and television inside.

On the ground floor of the house is the living room. A spacious place and with several sofas and armchairs; guests can chat or have coffee thanks to the delicate bedside tables. The house also has small rooms with armchairs located in the landings in front of the superior rooms. There is also the playground with a foosball and sofa. In addition on the lower floor there is a pool table inside a stone chest with attention to detail.

The dining area is spacious and has 2 large tables where you can eat without any problems.
The kitchen has a mix of old and modern space. It has clay countertops and a wood oven, but also all the appliances we need to feel at home. The 5 bathrooms of the house are complete y have all the toiletries and items that we need.

In the upper part of the house there is also an hot tub in a space illuminated by large windows From here you can appreciate the wonderful views of the place. It also has a Turkish bath, sauna and static bicycles. The whole house has heating, free internet and satellite TV.

On the outside there is the patio X and laundry. In this zone barbecue, benches, chairs and tables are located. There is also the private pool of 10x6 with sunbeds and hammocks.
The house is about 800 square meters and thanks to it is 120 meters high, you can enjoy the views without problem.

The house is located in the town of Bescanó, Girona, whose population is about 4800 inhabitants. In the village is the Sanctuary of Santa Margarita de Bescanó, the Church of San Mateo and the remains of a town in Estañol.

Nearby is the Garrotxa, popular and known thanks to its volcanic zone. The Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone of the Garrocha occupies almost all the space, it is an ideal park for lovers of volcanoes and nature in general. There are about 40 volcanic cones which can be visited thanks to guided tours.

You can also go through Pla de l'Estany, a space that connects the forest and the sea. It also has a nearby reservoir where you can take a boat ride.

The medieval village of Besalú is located a few minutes by car, there you can live and feel in first person a town that has somehow stopped in time.
