The 2 floors in which it is distributed have the following spaces:

• A dining room on the ground floor that is structured within an open space in which, on one side we have the dining area, equipped with a wooden table accompanied by a set of chairs and, in the rest area, a sofa bed that faces the furniture on which the smart TV rests, so that you don't miss anything. your favorite program. You can also enjoy its fireplace, for the colder season.

• A kitchen that extends just below and on a main front where you will have all the appliances necessary to make some delicious recipes. In addition, the kitchenware is also complete.

• A double bedroom on the upper floor of the house in which there is a double bed dressed with sheets and blankets, for each season of the year, and decorated by a headboard of dark wood slats that gives it a lot of elegance.

• A bathroom complete with a shower and accessible for people with mobility problems, which will help you relax and which is completed by the rest of the toilets and the set of towels.

In the common areas outside you can enjoy:

• An outdoor swimming pool open during the summer period, although in the surroundings you can find more alternatives to enjoy the water in the nearby reservoirs.
