- A spacious and modern kitchen in gray and orange colors that combine giving a modern touch to the space. Countertop in which a small ceramic hob sneaks in, on which guests can cook all kinds of dishes. Its drawers and cabinets store the crockery, cutlery and household items included in the house and at the complete disposal of the tenants. In addition, a round table just one step away from the ceramic hob, which allows guests, for example, to have breakfast comfortably without having to move too far.
- The dining area and the lounge are located in the same space. The first area is made up of a wooden table with several chairs around it, so that all the tenants can find a place around the table and can enjoy a special dinner or a family meal.
- The corner of the house reserved for the living room is spacious and on its floor there is a large rug that gives a touch of color, combining with the red color of the double sofa-bed and the white of the other sofa located in this room. In the center of them, a small black wooden table and a piece of furniture that holds the television, an ideal alternative for movie lovers.
- A double bedroom made up of a pair of single beds whose mattresses guarantee full rest. Orange walls that combine with a golden piece of furniture that acts as a common headboard for the 2 beds. In the center of them, a bedside table with a lamp, in charge of illuminating the room when daylight falls.
- A complete bathroom that makes towels and basic body care products available to tenants, so they don't have to worry about a thing.
