Our rural house raises its walls above the municipality of Berzosa de Lozoya, in the heart of the mountains of Madrid. The house is part of a complex with 3 more houses, all of them perfectly equipped. Therefore, if you are a very large family, you will not have space problems here.
The house has a maximum capacity to accommodate 6 people spread across its 3 beds, divided into 2 double rooms.

Inside the 2-story house we will find the following:

• On the ground floor there is a large living room with white walls and colored furniture with large windows through which lots of natural light enters. From the living room we go out to the garden full of trees and vegetation, typical of a rural area.

• The kitchen is integrated into this same living room, only the stairs to the second floor separate them. In the kitchen we have all kinds of appliances so that we can feel comfortable and at home. Among them there is a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave among others. The countertops are spacious and the fire is made of vitroceramic. Behind this kitchen there is a dining table.

• On the upper floor are the 2 rooms of the house. Both have a bedroom bed a private bathroom, the difference is that one of them has a sloping wooden ceiling.

• The 2 bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you need. There is one for each room.

If you are looking to relax with your family or your group of friends, not only the house matters, but its surroundings are also very important. Therefore, we have the ideal place for you. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature where you can rest and do all kinds of activities in which you will come into contact with nature. Immersing yourself in these rural areas is a privilege. Therefore, as the number of interesting places to visit is quite numerous, we recommend visiting some:

• Firstly, the surrounding municipalities are a highly recommended option for those who want to get to know a typical rural municipality in the Madrid mountains, its food and its inhabitants. Some examples are the towns of Paredes de la Sierraand El Berrueco.

• In second place among our recommendations, we put the countless routes and trails along which you can always walk in the best company. There are excursions for all levels of difficulty, thus ensuring that the youngest members of the family can also participate. You can climb mountains with the El Picozo Route or walk among oaks with the Dehesa de Berzosa Route.
