This apartment has been decorated taking care of the detail that does not clash with its privileged rural situation. It is located in Braojos, a municipality in the Sierra de Madrid.

It is part of a complex with 3 more apartments. Therefore, if the maximum de 5 people ability of this house is not enough, there is always the possibility of renting other homes of complejo.

In this apartment you will feel very comfortable because everything is designed to make you feel at home. For this reason, inside you will find:

• A room very spacious and rustic featuring a TV y one DVD. In this way, it is much easier to see a good movie on your vacation days and with the whole family. The house has heating that will allow you to regulate the temperature of the interior of the apartment when winter arrives.

• The kitchen is integrated into the room that we have already talked about. Your fridge has plenty of space to organize all the food you want. The utensils is full and varied and funcionan perfectly appliances, including microwave . Just behind this kitchen, and separating it from the living room, is the dining table that can gather all guests at meals. If the tenants want, they can avail of a breakfast for an additional price and asking without commitment.

• The 2 bedrooms are double and with a bed of marriage of 135 centimeters. One of them has a ladder that goes up to a wooden attic with a single bed of 90 centimeters. All mattresses are of high quality. We provide a crib, for a price of 15 euros per stay, for those who come with a baby.

• The 2 bathrooms are very complete and each one is on one floor. Both with shower plate and with hair dryer. In addition, all the necessary towels and bedding will be provided.

Regarding the exterior, there are 2 common areas that are shared and offered when the number of tenants exceeds 12, that is, more than one rented apartment. These areas are a living room with kitchen and wood oven which is very useful to bring together large groups and Spa to relax and whirlpool.
The garden is spacious and has game zones and a table of Ping-Pong. The pets are allowed paying 30 euros per animal.

The environment of our rural house is the perfect place to disconnect from the routine and the big city. Dominates the silence and tranquility, surrounded by a pure and very rustic atmosphere. But in addition, the places you can visit and the activities you can do are very diverse and numerous. The Sierra Norte de Madrid has a lot of routes and trails, but also municipalities and good gastronomy. Some of the most interesting places that we recommend you visit are the following:

• The Natural Park of the Summit, the Circus and the Lagoons of Peñalara, which is known simply by the Natural Park of Peñalara, is a privileged place in which every lover of nature will like to get lost. There is a fauna and flora typical of the area and that has not been disturbed by man.

• The Cascade of Purgatory. It is a very accessible route for all levels, thus allowing the smallest members of the family to participate. It is a path surrounded by a lush nature that ends in that beautiful and impressive waterfall.
