Description of El Buensuceso
The rural apartment lifts its walls on a complex of 3 more apartments located in the Sierra Norte de Madrid, specifically in the municipality of Braojos de la Sierra.
Its maximum capacity is for 5 people, but there are no space problems if it is a larger group. The complex has a total of 20 places to accommodate its guests.

- A room very spacious with its flat screen TV and with dish. In addition, there is a DVD in which to put all the movies you want and whenever you want during your vacations.
- The kitchen is small but very practical. It has a microwave and a refrigerator quite large. After this counter, and separating it from the living room, there is a wooden table with their respective chairs in which up to 4 people can sit. One of the services we offer, is a breakfast for an additional price of 8 euros.
- The 2 rooms have a bed of marriage and a window on it. From the bed we can see the stars thanks to the roof Velux. On one of the bedrooms there is a wooden attic with a single bed of 90 centimeters. All the furniture is of very good quality. There is a baby cot available that we provide to those who request it for a cost of 15 euros more.
- The 2 bathrooms are distributed one in each floor. There hair dryer and towels and bedding will be provided.

Do you want to escape from the pollution, traffic and noise of Madrid for a few days ?. This house is perfect for it, and its privileged environment accompanies it. The tourism that you can do in the surroundings of the house is totally rural and mountainous.
