Description of El Buensuceso
The rural apartment raises its walls on a complex of 4 more apartments located in the Sierra Norte of Madrid, specifically in the municipality of Braojos de la Sierra.
Its maximum capacity is for 5 people, but there are no space problems if it is a larger group. The complex has a total of 20 beds to accommodate its guests.

- A very spacious living room with its flat screen television and with satellite dish. In addition, there is a DVD on which to put all the movies you want and whenever you want during your vacation.
- The kitchen is small but very practical. It has a microwave and a refrigerator that is quite large. Behind this counter, and separating it from the living room, there is a wooden table with its respective chairs where up to 4 people can sit. One of the services we offer is a breakfast for an additional price of 8 euros.
- The 2 rooms have a double bed and a window above it. From the bed we can see the stars thanks to the Velux on the roof. Above one of the bedrooms there is a wooden loft with a 90 centimeter single bed. All the furniture is of very good quality. There is a baby cot available which we provide to those who request it for an additional cost of 15 euros.
- The 2 bathrooms are located one on each floor. There is hair dryer and towels and bed linen will be provided.
