This rural accommodation is in the heart of Chinchón, within Madrid.

It consists of 2 independent houses and joined by a patio para give the possibility of rent them separately or jointly. Each of them has capacity for 5 and 10 people and are under the names of Tía María and Tío Francisco respectively.

The house is a old farmhouse that has been restored to create these rural homes while offering all possible comfort to its tenants. From the original building have been rescued farming tools or decorative elements such as pitchers or barrels, which have been used to decorate each of the homes.

The windows of the house are also the original ones but they have been treated so that they are even more insulating and do not allow the entrance of heat in summer or cold in winter.

For example, the kitchens are modern and come equipped with all types of appliances including dishwasher or induction hob. Next to the kitchens there is a dining room area with large wooden tables, so that the distance from the kitchen to the table is the minimum and you can savor your warm dishes.

After the meal for sure you feel like sitting a little sofas -room before going for a walk around the town, and enjoy a moment of rest watching the television o some of your favorite movies on the DVD. In addition, in both houses the living room sofas are sofa beds.

As for the bedrooms of the house all are totally new and are decorated with a modern and current style, in addition to con double beds in which you will sleep like real babies. And for them, the little ones of the house, you can request a cradle so that they rest to the maximum and you do not have to worry about traveling with your bed.

The bathrooms have also been refurbished and in them there are ample showers. Also, when you get out of them and put on the towel, it will be warm, because the towel rails are heated .

Do not think twice because this house is perfect if you want to travel as a couple as well as in a group of up to 15 people.

The house is about 150 meters from the town center: its Plaza Mayor. This is the meeting center and the most famous and well-known spots of the place, because around it there is a great variety of restoration areas in which a good lamb can not miss.
