El Bulín de Braojos - Casa Marta

This charming rural house awaits you in Braojos de la Sierra, a quiet municipality located in the north of the Community of Madrid.

The home is prepared to welcome 6 guests, although one more person can be added on the sofa bed in the living room. 

Although the house is recently built, noble materials such as tile and wood have been used in its design, creating rustic and homely rooms. 

The house is divided into 3 levels: a semi-covered patio, a ground floor where the common areas are located, and a first floor dedicated to rest.

In the patio, you will find:

• An elongated garden table, with a barbecue for cooking outdoors.. 

• Atoilet, with basic equipment for hygiene.

On the ground floor, you will access:

• Living-dining roomr, with decoration chosen in detail. It has a fireplace located in front of 2 leather sofas, accompanied by a plasma television. 

• Kitchen, slightly separated from the living room by a low wall. It is equipped with small and large appliances, such as a microwave or oven.

• Toilet, where in addition to having a toilet and sink, there is a washing machine. 

Going up to the first floor, you will reach:

• Matrimonial suite, with a beautiful 180x200 double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub.

• 2 double bedrooms: the first with a double bed, and the second with 2 single beds. Between them, they share a full bathroom, equipped with a shower. 

We are in a perfect place to disconnect from the stress of the city and cleanse your lungs with the fresh and pureair of the countryside. And all this without going too far from the capital, since the center of Madrid is less than an hour away.

The house is located at the entrance to Braojos, a mountain town where barely 200 inhabitants reside. Among its places of interest, it is worth highlighting:

• The Church of San Vicente Mártir, built in the 16th century on an old military tower.

• TheHermitage of Buen Suceso, whose construction dates back to the 17th century.

In the surrounding town, you will find natural spaces where you can enjoy hiking routes adapted to the whole family; If you prefer, you can also explore the roads by bicycle.

If you want to visit the surrounding towns, Buitrago de Lozoya is less than 10 minutes away by car. One of its great attractions is that it is the only town in Madrid that keeps its walled enclosure intact.
