Our accommodationis located within Seseña, an area that belongs to the province of Toledo, but which at the same time is very close to the province of Madrid.
With capacity for 15 people. It is an accommodation where groups will enjoy leisure facilities, full of elements of comfort and green areas. Groups of young people under 23 years old are not allowed.
The house is spread over a couple of floors that cover its more than 170 square meters. Among its rooms are:
- A cozy living room that has a dining area next to it. It has in the rest space, several armchairs upholstered in red tones, of which one of them is a sofa bed, and which are directed towards the area of the wood-burning fireplace, which will be ideal for winter days. Next to it, as we say, the wooden table will provide you with the ideal space to eat together.
- A complete kitchen in white that, in addition to its cabinets full of utensils and dishes, has a countertop with no shortage of appliances. In the background, a window that provides luminosity.
- 2 complete bathrooms in which you will find all the sanitary that you will need on a day-to-day basis. In addition, there aresufficient sets of towels.
- 5 double bedrooms, of which 5 of them have been equipped with a double bed and a single bed; and the last one with a double bed, the house is ideal for the little ones in the family. All rooms have awardrobe.
Already in the outer areas:
- A large garden in which there is no shortage of trees or plants that add a touch of color.
- A removable pool.
- A barbecue area and a portable grill.
The deposit of 150 euros is paid at the entrance. Additionally, there is a €50 cleaning fee.
