Our home is located within the province of Toledo, where you will find the tranquility that reigns in the town of Argés, which is located just 5 kilometers from the city of Toledo.

It is a newly built home, where you will be able to enjoy elegant decoration, with top quality materials and all the comforts you need for your vacation.

As for capacity, it is a home designed for a maximum of 12 people who will be able to enjoy, on its different floors, the following rooms that we detail.

On the ground floor we have:

• A pleasant social room with an area of 50 square meters, in which sofas are distributed to be able to rest and chat animatedly with the family. You can also watch a movie on the 43" LCD television with USB port. The living room also has another area for the dining room which is dominated by a very large rectangular table. A fireplace located in the living room just gives the perfect touch to this common living room.

• The kitchen of 20 square meters. It is decorated with designer furniture and has a touch between rustic and elegant. With enough appliances to be able to cook, again a large table located in a corner of the kitchen serves as a meeting place for lunch or dinner. • A master suite in which you will be able to rest peacefully since it has a double bed, perfectly dressed with sheets and blankets, in addition to having a bathroom inside.

• One more complete bathroom on this floor, where you will find soap and gel dispensers, as well as several sets of towels.

The second floor is made up of:

• 5 large double bedrooms, of which one of them has a large double bed, while the other 4 rooms have a pair of single beds, all of them with sheets and blankets. One of these last rooms also has a terrace of 14 square meters.

• A complete bathroom, where you will find all types of toilets, including the jacuzzi and the hydromassage, for which we will leave you several sets of towels.

The basement of the house is very special and very cozy. It has an interior garage where you can park up to 6 vehicles. Next door and right where the access to the house is we have a cellar with a bar and a beer tap.

Also a barbecue and an area with picnic tables and chairs. Without forgetting the pool surrounded by grass with sun loungers and parasols.

The municipality of Arges is a few kilometers from Toledo which allows you to have a wide variety of activities and tours to do during your vacation. 

The Guaraza reservoir is located to the left of the Tajo River. In ancient times the Romans built a swamp that gave rise to the large reservoir.

The parish church of San Eugenio Mártir is neoclassical in style and is preserved in good condition, allowing you to contemplate its beauty. Another monument to see is the Torre de Cervatos.

Toledo is a must-see on this trip. A walk through its streets and feel the Tagus River under your feet. Contemplate the Alcázar and let yourself be captivated by its beauty and, if you are also an art lover, El Greco is very present in every corner of the city; his house and the museum where you can enjoy his work. Another monument to visit is the Tránsito Synagogue, in Mudejar style, with a large prayer room.
