Cortijo Olivar Alto

The farmhouse is located in the northern part of Almería, in Velez Rubio, a significant Spanish town.

The rooms are divided into on a single floor, and it is highly recommended for families, as it gives the possibility of having a cot ; although it is also a good option for groups due to its numerous rooms and different leisure areas within the plot itself.

The rural accommodation has capacity for 10 people.

The rural house has 5 rooms, 3 of them with a double bed and another 2 double rooms with single beds. We also find 4 bathrooms, fully furnished; living-dining room with wood-burning fireplace and a table for 12 people ; and kitchen equipped with: washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Outside there is space for a covered barbecue, which can be used all year round. Other features are the pool that communicates with a round jacuzzi. In the glass area there is also space to sunbathe on the stone floor or on loungers.

At the back of the farmhouse there is a spacious area dedicated to leisure, as it has ping-pong table, basket, a sandbox perfect for playing petanque and a stone bench to relax on. Also in this space we have enough space to park cars.

On one side of the rural house we have a porch with a table for 8 people and next to it another table auxiliary or coffee table with 4 seats.

We are responsible for leaving household linen y linen.

In our house we are friends of animals so you can bring them with you.

All rooms in the house have radiators for heating.
