Cortijo El Serbal

Our rural house is located in Paraje La Hoya del Serbal al which is accessed by an asphalted access either from Vélez-Blanco or Vélez-Rubio. Being lost in the midst of nature will offer you wonderful views of the mountain, an untouched tranquility and enjoy silence, without bothering or being bothered by anything or anyone.

The accommodation is designed to come several families with children to enjoy everything we offer and has a capacity of 8 to 10 seats. You can come with your pets.

The interior is distributed in a single plant as follows:

• Large room that mixes living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has several sofas gathered around a fireplace, as a dining room we have 2 tables that can be separated, a table for parents and another for children, or they can all come together and, finally, a kitchen equipped with all appliances that you will need during your stay such as oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washing machine, etc.
• 2 triple bedrooms, with 3 single beds each.
• 2 bedrooms with a double bed each.
• 3 full bathrooms.

On the one hand, all the bedrooms have their own television, in addition to the living room, which comes with a DVD player.

On the other hand, we also offer you bedding so you do not have to carry your bags. Also, you will not have to bring towels for the bathroom and towels for the pool.

If you come more people than expected, we can provide 2 extra beds; y if you do it with small babies and you need it you can request cribs and high chairs that we have available.

Outside we have a terrace with furniture garden around the house, so that you can sit as a family to enjoy the evening or the stars on the mountains.

We also have a pool a which is accessed through a private area, so you can be sure that children can not sneak in so easily. In addition, while parents enjoy a relaxing bath, children can be quietly in the children's pool.

In this outdoor area we also have ample space so you can play, for example, small and older with the ball and then regain strength after cooking on the barbecue.

Also, we admit animals.

The house is located at 4 km from Vélez-Blanco, in the middle of the olive groves known as the Paraje La Hoya del Serbal. It offers wonderful views of the countryside, nature in general, the mountains and, in particular, La Muela.

We can also observe the majestic Castillo-Palacio del Marqués de los Vélez, located at Vélez-Blanco. In this town you can also visit other places like their different sources: Caños de la Novia, Cinco Caños, etc., or the corners of the Ambrosio Caves, traces of the Upper Paleolithic.

Vélez-Rubio is at 5 km from the house, so you can also visit its streets and photograph some places of interest such as the Church, or sit on a terrace at Plaza de la Feria.
