This rural house is located in Vélez-Rubio, Almería.

As soon as you enter you will find the living room, divided by a column. On the one hand, the dining room area, with a wide table for 10 people and another for 4.

On the other hand, the area of ​​being next to the chimney is located with 2 sofas of 3 seats each, two individual armchairs. Behind the entrance to the kitchen opens, without a door and that has an arc shape. It is a very wide area, with a lot of space between the tables and the furniture and very illuminated, since it has large windows. 

The cuisine is very spacious and has a table for 4 diners, a large fridge and freezer. 4 fires in the kitchen, electric oven, extractor bell, dishwasher and sink. It is also equipped, among other things, with: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. and the corresponding house, dishes and kitchen battery as an express pot and paelleras.

The beds in the 6 rooms are distributed as follows:

• 2 bedrooms with marriage bed.
• 2 bedrooms with 3 individual beds.
• 2 bedrooms with 2 individual beds.

Each room has its own television.

4 of the bathrooms have shower and 2 of them bath.

The external space has wood oven, barbecue, sink and dining area. Next to it is the pool covered with hammocks.

In the front there is a terrace very spacious and diaphanous, with tables and chairs.

The house is located at the foot of the Sierra de las Estancias. From there you can see the entire Valle, of the same name as our people, as well as the Sierras of María and Mahimon, which is within the natural park.
