Our accommodation is located within theCommunity of Madrid, where you will be able to enjoy all the amenities in theTorremocha de Jarama area.

It is aspectacular and luxurious chaletcompletely surrounded by nature, where you will be able to enjoy the best views and a spectacular environment that transmits calm.

As for the capacity of the home, it is for a maximum of 10 people who will find the following rooms inside its different floors:

• A spacious living room, very bright as it has glass doors that allow access to the terrace with the best views. Inside, we find a black table with matching chairs next to these doors, while next to it, we have a rest area equipped with a comfortable gray sofa that looks towards the wood-burning fireplace and the plasma television.

• A complete kitchen, decorated in white tones and structured in a pair of facing countertops in which you will find cabinets full of household items and appliances with which you will be able to cook like at home. In addition, in the background we have a window with the best views of the outside.

• 4 large bedrooms, equipped so that 3 of them have a large double bed, in addition to having in one of these spaces, a shower and a sink inside the bedroom. The fourth bedroom is structured from 2 wooden bunk beds, with sheets and blankets.

• In total, we have 2 bathrooms complete with shower, for which we will leave you some sets of towels at your disposal.

Already on the exterior, we have:

• A terrace on the upper floor, which has a set of armchairs with spectacular views.

• A large pool with an overflowing glass, infinity and from which the views are impressive.

• A gazebo next to the pool, with its awning under which we have a table with chairs.

• In addition, within the urbanization we are in, we have common areas such as the tennis court.

1. Parties or celebrations of any kind are not allowed in this accommodation. If a reservation is made for this purpose, it will be automatically canceled and guests must leave at that same time.
2. Only guests identified in the reservation will be allowed in the accommodation at all times. We do not accept guests under 30 years of age. 
3. You must respect the rest hours stipulated in the urbanization, which are from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
4. No glass can be taken out onto the terrace. Buy plastic cups and plates if you are going to use the terrace.
5. You cannot make fires or barbecues throughout the premises.

It is an accommodation full of charm, in an ideal area for you to disconnect, and in which you will have all kinds of activities to do, and places to know.

Among the natural areas, we encourage you to do some of the best hiking and mountain routes with which you will be able to enjoy charming places.
