Our accommodation is located within the city of Cuenca, and in a very quiet neighborhood, so if you want to enjoy tourism in the city, you will have everything very close at hand.
It is a house that shares a facade with the second home, and that has all the comforts to make you feel at home, and so you can enjoy the best rest.
Regarding the capacity, it is a house designed for 8 people, although it can be extended by means of the extra bed, and the crib that we put at your disposal, with the following rooms:

- A very spacious dining room in which we have on one side, a set of armchairs that precedes the side table in wood, and that leave perfect views of the wood-burning fireplace on the main front. Next to it, the plasma television. The dining area is made up of the wooden table, with its set of chairs.
- A complete kitchen, in which you will be able to enjoy the best time cooking. On your countertop you will see that the electrical appliances and the necessary kitchenware are distributed so that you can enjoy making your favorite recipes. And also, a wooden table with its set of chairs, providing functionality.
- 2 full bathrooms, with hydromassage shower, plus hairdryer and first-aid kit. In both, towels are left.
- 4 double bedrooms, that are distributed in such a way that the first one has a double bed, while the remaining 3 each have a pair of single beds.

Our houses are located just 10 minutes walk from the city center and the old town 3 minutes walk from the Paleontólogico Museum and the municipal pool of the Altos Tiradores.

Because of its location within the city and with an urban bus stop next to the house, you can visit all the Cuenca museums on foot and taste its gastronomy.
