Casita 6 - Casitas del Huerto

The rural housing is located in the province of Salamanca, more specifically, in the town of La Alberca.

This 2-story house allows a maximum occupancy of 4 people, and can be divided into the different rooms that are perfectly equipped and decorated in a cozy rustic atmosphere, with leisure possibilities both in the areas inside the house and outside, with a common garden.

It is distributed as follows:

• A complete kitchen, including under its countertop and mixing with the cabinets, a set of essential appliances that our guests can use without any problems. In addition, the different kitchen utensils are included, to work comfortably and, finally, the dishes.

• A living room with a two-seater sofa set and several armchairs. In front of this set there is a wooden side table, like the details of all the furniture, which surrounds thewood-burning fireplacethat has been integrated in the corner. It is a well-lit space since it has a large window.

• 2 bathrooms of different sizes; with a bathtub in the largest one and, in the second and smallest one, with a shower inside. Both are completed by the different toilets that are in perfect condition and, finally, add that thetowel sets are included.

• 2 double bedrooms that differ in their furniture; one of them has a double bed, and the last 2 single beds. Both are decorated in the same way, dressing in bedding with a floral style, quite colorful and cheerful with pink details, which complement the wooden headboards.

Outside, meanwhile, the green areas extend, which are made up of a large garden well decorated with antique elements, such as cars, and with large flower pots with brightly colored plants. In the territory of Salamanca, specifically in La Alberca, our rural house is located.

Due to the characteristics of its environment, our house offers tourist possibilities that focus mainly on the beauty and peculiarity of its buildings, which, in a homogeneous way, provide tourists with magical and charming views of the area they are visiting.

As for the most natural part, the Sierra de Francia and the Las Batuecas Valley form the steepest area of mountains, combined with the greenest meadows in the region. The water part is provided by the passage of the France River.
