Casita 3 - Casitas del Huerto

The rural accommodation is located in the town of La Alberca, within the province of Salamanca.

A façade is built on 2 floors, within a complex with well-kept interior areas and extensive outdoor facilities, with the possibility of fun for children and adults. 

The house, which has furniture and space for a maximum of 4 people, has a very cozy rustic atmosphere that makes the user feel at home.

Inside, the rooms are divided into:

• A complete kitchen, with furniture that facilitates the task of cooking in which a series of appliances for basic and common use have been integrated that mix with the row of cabinets at the bottom, with the kitchenware and the elements of thecrockery, at the complete disposal of our guests.

• A dining room with a set of furniture that encourages rest. It consists of two two-seater sofas, one of which can be made into a sofa bed, and an auxiliary table that faces the television and fireplace area, the latter being responsible for providing heat in the coldest time of the year.

• A bathroom in which there is a bathtub, accompanied by a set of toilets in perfect condition to which are added a set of elements such as towel sets, so that our visitors do not have to take care of anything.

• 2 bedrooms that are divided into one with a double bed and a wooden headboard that abuts the beginning of the attic of the ceilings and to which, in addition, a round side table is added, under the window. The other bedroom has a single single bed, allowing the sleeper to enjoy a private space. Both include bed linen.

In the outdoor areas our house has a porch fully equipped with furniture that consists of garden benches, a small table and some chairs. In the area of La Alberca, within the province of Salamanca, we have located our rural house.

Its landscape and architectural qualities allow tourists to do a series of activities such ashiking routes, through the Sierra de Francia to which it belongs, or in the mountains.

One of its main attractions lies in the construction of the homes themselves, which, following a common line, paint the landscape in a homogeneous way, with peculiar characteristics that form the artistic currents that have made these facades possible; These are the Arab, the Jewish and the Christian. So much so, that it has been declared a National Historical Artistic Site for more than 50 years.

With all this, who can resist visiting La Alberca?
