Description of Valle de La Laguna
The accommodation is located in Valdelaguna, and is a house built in the 19th century which has been completely renovated but still maintains its distribution and personality of yesteryear.
The house is divided into 2 spaces:
- One for a maximum of 15 people divided into 5 double rooms.
- One for a maximum of 9 people divided into 3 double rooms.
You can also rent the house as a whole, with a capacity for a maximum of 24 people.
The client is responsible for compliance with the COVID regulations of the Autonomous Community.
The largest capacity house is divided into 6double rooms of which 1 has double beds and the rest have 2 single beds each. All beds come fully dressed and equipped. They are spacious rooms full of light.
The smaller house has 3 double rooms (2 beds in each one). They are also beds with sheets and pillows and located in spacious and bright spaces.
The decoration is cared for in detail; They have delicate carpets, cabinets and furniture made of old wood, paintings with local art motifs. All in a calm environment and where the light-colored walls give spaciousness to the place.
The rooms in both houses have:
- Air conditioning and heating.
- 32" television with USB.
- They are exterior.
- Full bathroom with toiletries and a set of towels for each guest. The shower is thermostatic and has a high flow rate. We also have bedspreads and duvets.
- One of the rooms is on the ground floor and is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The entire accommodation is about 800 square meters. It has a large living room with a 57" television and a wood-burning fireplace. This living room has a matching sofa and armchairs where guests can be without any inconvenience. In this room you can place 3 extra beds in case of need.
There is also another slightly smaller living room with a 47" television and enough space to be comfortable. The entire house enjoys free WIFI signal.
Thelarge kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, kitchenware and utensils that we require for a comfortable stay. The dining room is large and the table has capacity for 12 people.
In the outdoor area we have a terrace and patio located on the second floor of the house. There aresun loungers and a barbecue.
In the interior patio we find a barbecue and paellero. In this space we install the pool in the summer months.
For greater comfortwe prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinnersand we have a catering service.

Sourroundings of Valle de La Laguna
The house is located in the municipality ofValdelaguna, about 45 kilometers from the center of Madrid. In the center of the town we findThe Church of the Assumptionwith a tower built in 2002; theCasa del Cura, which houses documentation of the town since the 15th century.
