Valle de La Laguna

The accommodation is located in Valdelaguna, and it is a house built in the 19th century which has been completely restored but still maintains its distribution and personality of yesteryear.

The house is divided into 2 spaces:

• One for a maximum of 15 people divided into 5 double rooms.
• One for a maximum of 9 people divided into 3 double rooms.

You can also rent the house as a whole, with a capacity for a maximum of 24 people. The client is responsible for compliance with the COVID regulations of the Autonomous Community.

The house with the largest capacity is divided into 6 double rooms of which 1 have double beds and the rest have 2 single beds each. All beds are fully dressed and equipped. They are spacious rooms full of light.

The smaller house has 3 double rooms (2 beds each). They are also beds with sheets and pillows and located in spacious and bright spaces.

The decoration is taken care of in detail; they have delicate rugs, antique wooden cabinets and furniture, paintings with local art motifs. All in a calm atmosphere and where the light-colored walls give spaciousness to the place.

The rooms of both houses have:

• Air conditioning and heating.
• 32" TV with USB.
• They are exterior.
• Full bathroom with toiletries and a set of towels for each of the guests. The shower is thermostatic and has a large flow. We also have bedspreads and quilts.
• One of the rooms is on the ground floor and is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The entire accommodation is about 800 square meters. It has a spacious living room with a 57" television and a wood-burning fireplace. This living room has a sofa and matching armchairs where guests can be without any inconvenience. In this room 3 extra beds can be located in case of need.

There is also another slightly smaller room with a 47" television and enough space to be comfortable. The whole house enjoys free Wi-Fi signal.

The large kitchen has all the appliances, crockery, kitchenware and utensils that we require for a comfortable stay. The dining room is large and the table seats 12 people. In the outdoor area we have a terrace and patio located on the second floor of the house. There are sun loungers and a barbecue.
In the interior patio we find a barbecue and paellero. In this space we install the pool in the summer months.

For greater comfort we prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and we have a catering service.

The house is located in the municipality of Valdelaguna, about 45 kilometers from the center of Madrid. In the center of town we find The Church of the Assumption with a tower built in 2002; la Casa del Cura, which houses documentation of the town since the 15th century. We also find the laundries, which are 4 and were built in the 16th century. The main festival is celebrated on July 16 in honor of the Virgen del Carmen.

The beautiful town of Chinchón is just 5 kilometers away, there you can visit the Plaza Mayo r, which has colored balconies from where you can have a panoramic view of the square.
All the territory that surrounds Valdelaguna is conducive to carrying out adventure activities. For the calmest, there is bird watching and if you want a little more movement you can go on quads or paintball rides.
