This rural house, classified with 5 Green Stars,, which we show you here, is located in Alcalá del Júcar, one of the most beautiful towns in Spain, in the small hamlet of Tolosa, belonging to Albacete, with a very small population and a magical environment.
The façade, 2 floors, is built in light stone and wood, maintaining these materials inside the rooms, all of them with exposed stone walls and ceilings with wooden beams, which provide the rustic touch, but combining it with the modernity of the striking colors and the comfort of the furniture.
With a maximum capacity of 12 people, the rooms of this adapted house for people with reduced mobility and home automation systems are distributed as follows:
Outside, and while we contemplate the river from the terrace or the porch, we can also prepare large meals thanks to the barbecue and al wood-fired Moorish oven.

- A large living room with high ceilings, as they join with the second floor, in which we find sofas in front of a large fireplace and with our backs to a wooden table with chairs that makes the dining room and office tasks. X
- The kitchen,, decorated with orange tiling and wood in its cabinets, is completely open to the living room. Fully equipped with all the necessary gadgets and appliances to maintain our comfort even when preparing food.
- 4 double bedrooms, decorated in the same line as the rest of the house, with double beds and single beds, having furniture to be able to unpack our suitcases.
- 2 complete bathrooms, tiled in light tones, spacious and with toilets in perfect condition. For greater enjoyment of the showers, we have the towel set as an extra.
