Casa del Molinero

This rural house is equipped for up to 9 people, if part of them are children, and is located in Cotillas, a municipality of Albacete. It is an ideal house to enjoy a few days with family and/or friends.

The house is made up of 2 floors and has the following:

• 3 bedrooms. 2 of them are double bedrooms that contain a double bed each. One of these rooms has a beautiful fireplace that will keep you warm. The third bedroom is a quadruple bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. They all have their own name. One of them is on the ground floor and the other 2 on the first floor.

• A fully equipped toilet and bathroom. The toilet is on the ground floor while the bathroom is on the first floor. The bathroom contains a shower tray. 

• A kitchen with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and perfect as possible. Dishwasher and washing machine included. The kitchen is located on the ground floor.

• A living room with its corresponding sofas, as well as a dining table. There is also a television and a large fireplace. Thefirewood is included. In it you can have a good time with the game collection that is in the house. 

Outside there is the following:

• A porch with the corresponding garden furniture where having a drink will be more than pleasant.

• A swimming pool shared with the townhouse. You can cool off here and sunbathe to get tanned.

• A children's area that contains swings. Children will really enjoy this space.

• A space intended for barbecues where you can have some blood sausages and some grilled vegetables after a good swim in the pool.

The owners also offer different services to guests such as a crib and a high chair in case you come with babies and heating. Hay un espacio para aparcar los coches.

This rural house is located in the province of Albacete, in cotillas, very catchy to Andalusia. It is located in an isolated area and where you can relax and evade the acoustic noise of the city. 

There are several places that nature gives us around this rural accommodation. It is next to one of the most popular and tourist national parks in Spain: Sierras de Cazorla Natural Park, where is the precious beas tranco reservoir.

Calars del Río Mundo and de la Sima is another of the places that you cannot miss, especially the birth of the World River. Also visit the narrow snout. It is worth it.
